Chapter 5 - Tower Segments
Each of the two sections (Gaza Strip and West Bank) of the Israel Palestine Towers
are opened up in the middle or approximately in the middle for a major road (or highway)
connecting the two Palestinian territories. Jerusalem is the middle of the West Bank portion.
Furthermore, these midpoints create North and South halves.
Rules or regulations are alternated between North and South halves.
This seems to equalize any differences between the Israelis side and the Palestinian side.
